Bible Study Opportunities
St. Paul's offers a number of weekly opportunities for learning and fellowship in small groups. They include:
- Feasting on the Word – Sundays at 9 a.m. Join Daniel Wise, Skinner scholar and Phd candidate, in the library as he leads a class for adults seeking to explore, connect, and grow their faith in relation to each week’s biblical lessons.
- Weekday Morning Prayer - Begin your day with this peaceful, reflective service - and then join us afterward for some free gourmet coffee. Mondays - Fridays at 8 a.m., in the choir loft; the service lasts around 20 minutes. Join together in prayer as the sun rises over Charlottesville.
- Compline - Monday Nights at 9 p.m. - This simple chanted compline service on Monday nights at 9 p.m. during the academic year in the chancel is a traditional service of night prayer and is a beautiful and contemplative way to close the day. All are welcome.
- Community Night Classes – Wednesdays 7 p.m. These groups meet following the community night dinner each week during the academic year and finish by 8 p.m. Topics vary throughout the year. See our latest weekly update newsletters for details.
